Privacy Policy

The VPA respects the privacy of its members and consumers. On its Web site, VPA collects and processes certain personal information for our educational, marketing, and similar business purposes. Personal information that is voluntarily submitted to VPA is not shared with entities outside of VPA and its members, other than appropriate service providers who assist us in carrying out our business functions. The VPA does not sell the personal information it collects on its website, and it will not transfer such personal information outside the control of VPA, its affiliates, members, or successors.

We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described at time of entry without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
VPA provides appropriate and reasonable physical, procedural and electronic information security measures to protect such personal information that is submitted to us. 

VPA does not intentionally collect information from any minors under the age of 18, and it will delete any information from individuals under the age of 18 when it becomes aware the of the person’s age.
