Repair Shops for Extended Vehicle Protection

When purchasing extended vehicle protection, many consumers are concerned about where they can take their vehicle for repairs.

The good news is that vehicle service contracts will typically allow you to take your car to any licensed repair facility. After you bring the vehicle to the repair facility, they will contact the vehicle service contract claims administrator to arrange for payment.

This is one of the nice advantages of buying extended vehicle protection from a third-party company, rather than purchasing coverage from a dealer. Dealer contracts often insist that you take the car to the dealership for all repairs. If you want more options, you'd do better to shop around for a vehicle service contract that fits your needs.
